Agriculture & Livestock Insurance

Agriculture, Livestock, and Medicinal Herb Insurance has been in operation in Nepal since Magh 1st, 2069 BS, ensuring the risk management of farmers' production against various disasters such as flood, drought, fire, hailstorms, diseases, pests and damage from wild animals. The percentage of government subsidy is calculated based on the sum insured for the insurance covered.
